5. SMS Messaging Program

SalesMind AI operates an SMS messaging program that delivers website performance audits and related communications to users who have opted in via our website.

By opting in, you acknowledge:

• You are authorized to receive SMS messages at the phone number you submit.
• Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
• Message frequency varies by program and will not exceed the limit disclosed at opt-in (currently up to 3 messages per audit request).
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Replying HELP will return a support contact.

We honor opt-out requests immediately across all SalesMind programs. Once you opt out, we will not contact you via SMS from any of our systems or campaigns.
